FSRD 4 EVO
xFSRD 4 EVO is a full filtration system with 4 different filters:
1) Pre-filtering element in sythentic fibre for the elimination of condensation. Automatic discharge.
2) Oil-separating filter for the elimination of residual pollutants. Manual drainage tap.
3) Silica dryer group to reduce residual humidity in the compressed air.
4) Active carbon filter to eliminate all impurities and obtain breathable air.
FSRD 4 EVO can automatic regenerate the Sicily gel, using a control unit able to understand while you are painting, how long you have painted and how much regeneration silica needs. Automatically, as soon as you finish spraying, the silica regeneration starts. It’s a self maintenance unit, all that is left is changing the filters when its necessary.
Whit FSRD4 EVO you can also test the compressed air inlet and outlet, checking the air when you need. With the two TR-H Gauge connected to the FSRD 4 EVO, you can check: Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Dew Point. The compressed air is under control.
